A transformative initiative that is being implemented within local county  juvenile facilities . My name is Deandre Drake, a world-renowned artist and the owner of Airballin and founder of the CREATE Program. Having been born and raised in Oakland, I have faced and overcome many of the same challenges that your youth experience today. While serving a 9 year federal prison sentence art became my calling. My authentic approach, grounded in vulnerability and transparency, has consistently yielded life-changing results for those who participate in and embrace the guidance offered through my programs.
